There's nothing worse than eating something that you really like then having to suffer the consequences a day or two later. It's unflattering and could be extremely embarrassing at times. π³

So which foods cause intolerances and how can we manage it? π€
Dairy, dairy and did I say DAIRY!!, food additives, citrus fruits, alcohol, flavour enhancers, caffeine and the list goes on. The only way to manage it is to eliminate the foods that trigger your symptoms, reduce your portion sizes and read/check food labels for additives such as MSG, sulfites and colorings.
