You Are Enough

Not your usual perky self??

Lacking motivation??
Not in the mood to be productive??

It's ok... press pause, be still, allow yourself to feel and take a deep breath.
There's no right or wrong way to deal with this global uproar... so DO NOT feel discouraged and DO NOT be so hard on your self.
... After all we are all individuals and have our own ways of processing things.

Being calm often helps us to find the best solutions.
You are worthy of a bright future, never doubt yourself or your abilities.
Go within, continue to find strength & resilience and keep going.

If you have creative ideas or projects that you would like to pursue, write them down. There's no harm in making a note, doing a little research, collating information and putting it aside until you feel good and ready to put into action.

Remember that we all have our own unique paths and that there's no rush to get from A to B.
▪️
Be gentle on yourself, use this time to heal and take each day at a time.
Have a routine in place that prioritises your mental health and wellbeing. It will take time to find your flow but you will get there... all it takes is a little perseverance.

On that note... Keep your head up, stay positive, practice self care strategies and put yourself first.
